The Miami Heat have a 3-9 record this year in there first 12 games. That's second, to the worst record in the eastern conference.
After there first 12 games, Miami finally won there first home game against the Houston Rockets. Miami won there first game against the New York Knicks, who have the worst record in the Eastern Conference. The Miami heat have only scored 100 points one time thus far, and they still lost to the Phoenix Suns.
So what's wrong with the Miami Heat. After winning the NBA championship two years ago and getting kicked out of the second round of playoffs last year, the problem with the Heat is simply one thing, inconsistency.
Too many turnovers and not enough scoring. Dwayne Wade miss the teams first 10 games, so a lot of the scoring was eliminated right away. But Miami did acquire a scoring
threat in Ricky Davis before the season began, but results on that trade has not benefited the team.
Now Wade is back and is playing the back court with Ricky Davis. This back-court could be dangerous but if only Shaquille O'Neal starts playing like Shaquille O'Neal.
Will the Heat turn up the heat or will they continue staying cold.
